MJ Dreams company limited is led by the CEO and Its NED support services who together constitute the leadership. The two are supported by a dedicated team of engineers and Sales and marketing representatives who are very well-trained. The leadership is the highest decision-making organ and report to the owners of the business and the general stakeholders. Decisions of the leaders are collectively taken by majority present and voting.

The leader is assisted by management who ensure the day to day running of the business and in close consultation with the leadership team.

At the shop floor level is everyone both skilled and unskilled who’s input go a long way in ensuring that the model is running as planned. They are all answerable to management who plan, organize, recruit, lead and control delivery of services and products to the clientele.
